The best service I have ever gotten online! I ordered a hamper one morning and it arrived the same afternoon! I ordered another hamper today and they ran out of one item that was in the hamper. Kim rang to see if I’d like to replace them with other items ( and gave me options) and I was more than happy to replace. Not only did they ring to confirm, they went out of their way to make it a better gift than I ordered! So impressed and will definitely be using again!

I have just got off the phone to Kim after placing an order for a gift. Can I say how amazing her service was. I just found your website after searching for a gift place in the suburb that I needed the gift to go to.This was my first time making enquiries and with me being in New Zealand I wanted more information. Kim was fantastic – so friendly and helped with suggestions and hints for me. I have relatives in SA so she went through what I would need to know to order interstate for future gifts. I’ve worked in customer service for 30 years so know how important good service is. You always hear of bad service but it is important to recognise good service when it happens. She by far exceeded my expectations. I know it was only a few minutes over the phone but I could tell she was a real people person who wanted to help and make sure I got exactly what I was after.
