Returns and Credits

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform GC Gift Boxes and Hampers if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will make enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.


If your gift has been damaged prior to receipt, we will replace items accordingly or refund the credit card used to the value of the damaged goods. Just repack the item in its original packaging, if possible, and return to sender. We are available to assist you regarding a return or credit query between 9.00am and 5:00pm, on 07 5574 5810 or contact us by email at info@gcgiftboxesandhampers.com.au


In accordance with our terms and conditions herein, it is agreed that a late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle cancellation of an order.


Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation or alteration to an order must be made in writing, at least 48 hours prior to delivery. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are in transit to the recipients' premises.


Notification of Delivery Fees

In any instance where multiple gift deliveries are to be sent to the same address or where delivery restrictions apply, the price quoted online for delivery charges may differ. If this occurs we will contact you via email or phone to inform you of the correct price that will be charged, prior to delivery.

Note: We do require a valid phone number and email address on your order to assist in contacting you immediately should we have any questions or concerns regarding your order.


Christmas Deliveries

The closing date for pre-Christmas interstate deliveries is the 15th December. Local Orders can still be taken up until 22nd December, however pre-Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed.


Gift Cards

GC Gift Boxes and Hampers is pleased to provide a complimentary and personalised gift card with every hamper. Simply complete your message in the space provided in the on-line order form.


Substitution of Products

In the event that a product is unavailable or out of stock at the time of ordering we reserve the right to substitute that product with another similar item. We do guarantee that the replacement item will be equal to or greater in value than the original item.


Use of Personal Information

Your personal details will never be given or sold to any other parties. Your email address will be added to our newsletter database if you have chosen the option to receive our newsletter. Our newsletter is sent approximately 6 times a year and includes new products, specials and upcoming events. If you would like us to remove your name from our mailing list please send us an email including your name and email address and we will remove it within 48 hours.


Office Hours & Weekend Hours

Our office hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm, Queensland time, Monday to Friday. Our office is closed on Public Holidays. If all our phones are busy you will be diverted directly to an answering machine and we will return your call as soon as possible. We understand that your time is too valuable to be kept waiting on hold. All calls made outside business hours will also be diverted to an answering machine and answered on the next business day. Online orders placed after 3pm Friday or on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday morning.
