GC Gift Boxes and Hampers offers three easy options for ordering.

  • Online Ordering – shop with total security and ease through our online ordering system. GC Gift Boxes and Hampers offers a secured online shopping protected by SSL layer.
  • Telephone Ordering – call us to discuss any questions or inquiries that you may have and to place your order on 07 5535 2879, Monday – Saturday 9.00am – 5.00pm.
  • Email Ordering – please email us at info@gcgiftboxesandhampers with any questions, special requests or your order and we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your email.

If a product is temporarily unavailable, GC Gift Boxes and Hampers reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value. This also extends to all gift presentation.

Order confirmation will be sent via email.

Payment of an order constitutes entering into our business terms and conditions.

Orders will be dispatched once payment has been processed and received.

We advise placing your order as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment and to allow us the opportunity to ensure that your gift arrives on your specified and preferred delivery date.

Payment

Payment can be made securely via Paypal, online by credit card or by direct deposit into our bank account.

Where can I put instructions for delivery?

Instructions for delivery, including date for delivery to occur can be included at checkout. This information is sent to us, along with your order.

What is your cancellation policy?

If for some reason you must cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible. Orders cancelled 24 hours before dispatch with the courier will be refunded in full.
We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and with our courier for delivery.

How is my personal information used?

Your personal details will never be given or sold to any other parties. Your details are needed so that we can send you an inovice/receipt and your email address is added to our newsletter database. If you would like us to remove your name from the mailing list please send us an email, including your name and email address and we will remove it within 48 hours.

Why do you need the recipient's phone number?

We require the recipient's phone number in the instance that there is a problem regarding delivery, which could result in a redelivery fee having to be charged.

Can I change the products in the basket?

All gift boxes, baskets and hampers can be customized to suit your individual needs. Please contact us to arrange a quote and to discuss any special requirements.

What hours are you open?
GC Gift Boxes and Hampers are open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However orders can be placed 24 hours a day, online through our website.

What happens if a product in a gift is unavailable?
If a product is temporarily unavailable, GC Gift Boxes and Hampers reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value. This also extends to all gift presentation.

How much is delivery?
The pricing for sending gifts is based on the greater of the actual weight and cubic weight, once the gift is packaged into a courier delivery box. Prices are for one gift only and are based on a specified size and weight (cubic weight of 5kg for all gifts outside of Gold Coast) and if a gift is outside these perimeters, an additional delivery fee will be required to be charged. In the event of this happening, we will contact you to discuss these charges.

Gold Coast and Tweed Heads - We always attempt same day delivery (Metro Areas) but can only confirm if ordered by 10am on the day of delivery (Monday to Friday) - $15.00. All orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Add an extra day for deliveries to outer suburbs and non metro areas.  
Orders for Coomera/Upper Coomera need to be placed by 12 noon on the day prior to delivery.
Gold Coast Saturday - $25.00 (Oxenford to Coolangatta) - orders must be placed by 5.00pm on the previous Friday. 
Gold Coast Sunday/Public Holidays - $50.00 (Oxenford to Coolangatta) - orders must be placed by 2.00pm on the last working day prior. 
Brisbane, Kingscliff, Byron Bay - $15.50 - Next day delivery (Metro Areas) if ordered by 6pm the day prior to delivery (Monday to Friday). All orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.  Add an extra day for deliveries to outer suburbs and non metro areas.                                                                                                                                                                        Tambourine, Tambourine Mountain, Jimboomba area - $15.50 -1-2 days service (Metro Areas) if ordered by 12 noon on any given day (Monday to Friday). All orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Toowoomba - $16.00. Next day delivery (Metro Areas ) if ordered by 6pm the day prior to delivery (Monday to Friday). All orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.  Add an extra day for deliveries to outer suburbs and non metro areas.
Canberra, Sydney, Wollongong, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, Newcastle, Central Coast, Maryborough, Bundaberg, Gladstone, Rockhampton - $18.50. 1-2 days service (Metro Areas) if ordered by 1pm -Add an extra day for deliveries to outer suburbs and non metro areas and for orders placed after 1pm. 
Melbourne, Geelong, Bendigo, Albury Wodonga - $23.50. 2-3 days service (Metro Areas) if ordered by 1pm. 
Add an extra day for deliveries to outer suburbs and non metro areas and orders placed after 1pm. 
Adelaide, Mackay, Townsville, Cairns - $23.50. 2-3 days service (Metro Areas) if ordered by 1pm . 
Add an extra day for deliveries to outer suburbs and non metro areas and for orders placed after 1pm. 
Hobart - 32.00.  2-6  days service (Metro Areas) if ordered by 1pm. Add an extra day for deliveries to outer suburbs and non metro areas. 
Perth -  45.00. 7-10 days service (Metro Areas) if ordered by 1pm. Add an extra day for deliveries to outer suburbs and non metro areas.
Country and Rural NSW, QLD and VIC - 42.00. 7 business days if ordered by 1pm .
Country and Rural WA, SA ,NT and TAS - 62.00. 10 days if ordered by 1pm.

In rural areas we cannot guarantee a delivery date, however we will deliver as close as possible to your requested date.   

We only use courier companies that are able to carry fragile parcels, due to the fragile nature of our gifts.

*When ordering, you must supply a business address or physical street address for deliveries. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes. A redelivery charge will apply if an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is given.

Orders placed over the weekend and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We use various freight companies to deliver our gift boxes, baskets and hampers and require a signature from a person 18+ years of age at the recipients address, unless specified that the parcel may be left by the front or back door if no one is home. If instructions have not been given, a card will be left for the recipient to collect the hamper from the freight depot or to arrange redelivery.

Gifts containing alcohol can only be ordered by a person 18 years and over and must be signed for by an adult, 18 years and over.

*Note: We recommend that you have the recipient sign for the delivery as we are unable to take responsibility for packages that do not require a signature. 

Can I state the time that I would like delivery to occur?
Depending on when an order is placed, morning or afternoon delivery can be specified (but not exact times) and we take every care to ensure that deliveries are made within the stated timeframes. However, there are times when gifts can be delayed in the delivery process. For these reasons, our delivery time table is a guide only and GC Gift Boxes and Hampers will only advise of approximate delivery timeframes and is not liable for any delay.

During Christmas and other peak times, GC Gift Boxes and Hampers is unable to guarantee preferred delivery dates and the nominated timeframe of deliveries. During these peak times, timeframes will be advised upon confirmation and payment of the order.

What happens if a gift is damaged?
In the unfortunate event that a gift arrives at its destination damaged through delivery, please contact info@gcgiftboxesandhampers.com.au within 48 hours to organise a replacement. Conditions apply.

Prices are based on a specified size and weight and if a gift is outside these perimeters, an additional delivery fee will be charged. In this instance, the extra charges will be explained in the gift description.

*Please supply a business address or physical street address for deliveries. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.

However if a parcel is delivered and there is nobody home, and no instructions have been given as to where the parcel is to be left, the courier will leave the gift in a place that they deem to be safe.

What happens if I supply the wrong address for the delivery of a hamper?
Please be very careful in providing us with correct delivery address information. If you provide us with an incorrect address and your order is delivered as per your instructions, GC Gift Boxes and Hampers will not accept any responsibility for the mistake. If we are unable to deliver to an incorrect address and the order is returned to us, we can redeliver but a redelivery fee for the original amount of delivery will apply.

We take every care to ensure that deliveries are made within the stated timeframes but there are times when gifts can be delayed in the delivery process. For these reasons, our delivery time table is a guide only and GC Gift Boxes and Hampers will only advise of approximate delivery timeframes is not liable for any delay.

If a client requests their gift to be sent through Australia Post or any other courier service apart from those recommended and used by us, they do so at their own risk and GC Gift Boxes and Hampers will not be liable for any damaged or lost parcels. Delivery charges may also be different to those listed by us, depending on gift size and weight.

Christmas Deliveries and Deliveries during Peak Times.

During Christmas and other peak times, GC Gift Boxes and Hampers is unable to guarantee preferred delivery dates and the nominated timeframe of deliveries. During these peak times, timeframes will be advised upon confirmation and payment of the order.

It is illegal to sell, supply or to obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18.  All baskets that contain alcohol must be signed for by a person over the age of 18.  A basket that contains alcohol cannot be left at a premises if no one is home.
