GC Gift Boxes and Hampers offers three easy options for ordering.
- Online Ordering – shop with total security and ease through our online ordering system. GC Gift Boxes and Hampers offers a secured online shopping protected by SSL layer.
- Telephone Ordering – call us to discuss any questions or inquiries that you may have and to place your order on 07 5575 8079, Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm.
- Email Ordering – please email us at info@gcgiftboxesandhampers with any questions, special requests or your order and we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your email.
If a product is temporarily unavailable, GC Gift Boxes and Hampers reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value. This also extends to all gift presentation.
Order confirmation will be sent via email with an enclosed invoice for payment.
Payment of an order constitutes entering into our business terms and conditions.
Orders will be dispatches once payment has been processed and received.
We advise placing your order as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment and to allow us the opportunity to ensure that your gift arrives on your specified and preferred delivery date.

Payment can be made securely via Paypal or by direct deposit into our bank account.
Delivery
Gold Coast - Same day delivery (Metro Areas) if ordered by 10am - $12.50. Add an extra day for deliveries to outer suburbs and non metro areas and for orders placed after 10am. (Gold Coast delivery refers to the area from Sanctuary Cove to Coolangatta
Brisbane - Same day delivery (Metro Areas) if ordered by 10am - $12.50. Add an extra day for deliveries to outer suburbs and non metro areas and for orders placed after 10am.
Sunshine Coast and Tweed Coast, Ipswich, Toowoomba - Same day delivery (Metro Areas ) if ordered by 10am - $13.50. Add an extra day for deliveries to outer suburbs and non metro areas and for orders placed after 10am.
Canberra, Sydney, Wollongong, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, Newcastle, Central Coast, Capricorn Coast - 1-2 days service (Metro Areas) if ordered by 2pm - $15.00. Add an extra day for deliveries to outer suburbs and non metro areas and for orders placed after 2pm.
Melbourne, Geelong - 2-3 days service (Metro Areas) if ordered by 3pm - $15.00. Add an extra day for deliveries to outer suburbs and non metro areas and orders placed after 3pm.
Adelaide, Mackay, Townsville, Cairns - 2-3 days service (Metro Areas) if ordered by 3pm - $16.00. Add an extra day for deliveries to outer suburbs and non metro areas and for orders placed after 3pm.
Hobart, Perth - 7-10 days service (Metro Areas) if ordered by 3pm - $32.00. Add an extra day for deliveries to outer suburbs and non metro areas.
Country and Rural NSW, QLD and VIC - up to 7 business days if ordered by 3pm – 32.00. Country and Rural WA, SA ,NT and TAS
Prices are based on a specified size and weight and if a gift is outside these perimeters, an additional delivery fee will be charged. In this instance, the extra charges will be explained in the gift description.
*Where possible please supply a business address or physical street address for deliveries. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.
Orders placed over the weekend and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We use various freight companies to deliver our gift boxes, baskets and hampers and require a signature from a person of appropriate age at the recipients address, unless specified that the parcel may be left by the front or back door if no one is home. If instructions have not been given, a card will be left for the recipient to collect the hamper from the freight depot or to arrange redelivery.
*Note: We recommend that you have the recipient sign for the delivery as we are unable to take responsibility for packages that do not require a signature. However if a parcel is delivered and there is nobody home, and no instructions have been given as to where the parcel is to be left, then extra delivery charges will apply. A redelivery charge will also apply if an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is given.
We take every care to ensure that deliveries are made within the stated timeframes but there are times when gifts can be delayed in the delivery process. For these reasons, our delivery time table is a guide only and GC Gift Boxes and Hampers will only advise of approximate delivery timeframes is not liable for any delay.
If a client requests their gift to be sent through Australia Post or any other courier service apart from those recommended and used by us, they do so at their own risk and GC Gift Boxes and Hampers will not be liable for any damaged or lost parcels. Delivery charges may also be different to those listed by us, depending on gift size and weight.
Christmas Deliveries and Deliveries during Peak Times.
During Christmas and other peak times, GC Gift Boxes and Hampers is unable to guarantee preferred delivery dates and the nominated timeframe of deliveries. During these peak times, timeframes will be advised upon confirmation and payment of the order.
Please be advised that chocolate hampers can only be sent interstate during the cooler months.
Baskets Containing Alcohol
It is illegal to sell, supply or to obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18. All baskets that contain alcohol must be signed for by a person over the age of 18. A basket that contains alcohol cannot be left at a premises if no one is home.
