In the unfortunate event that a gift arrives at its destination damaged through delivery, please contact info@gcgiftboxesandhampers.com.au within 24 hours to organize a replacement.

GC Gift Boxes and Hampers will not be liable for any loss, damage or expense in connection with a client’s request to forward a parcel through their own nominated courier or entity.

What is your cancellation policy?

If for some reason you must cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible. Orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded in full. Once an order has been shipped or delivered a refund cannot be made.

How is my personal information used?

Your personal details will never be given or sold to any other parties. Your email address will be added to our newsletter database if you have chosen the option to receive our newsletter.  If you would like us to remove your name from the mailing list please send us an email, including your name and email address and we will remove it within 48 hours.

Can I change the products in the basket?

All gift boxes, baskets and hampers can be customized to suit your individual needs.  Please contact us to arrange a quote and to discuss any special requirements.
